How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your request, prepare your audit and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics
We use two analytics services to measure visits and form submissions in aggregate and to understand which pages work. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
- Google Analytics (Google) records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and when the audit form is sent. It can set cookies to recognise a returning browser.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare) counts visits and page performance without cookies.
Your choice: a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies stay off until you accept. Elsewhere they run by default, and you can decline at any time. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it with Cookie settings.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and send email, including Google (analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting security and analytics), and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any work, then delete them on request or when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@buildmywebsite.space. We aim to reply within one working day.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page will change too.
